The Global Careers Kick Start your EU Career Fair marks the official opening of the EU Careers Fair 2026 programme, a year-long series of thematic events designed to give candidates structured, realistic access to careers in the European institutions and agencies.

This first event focuses on access, diversity, and entry routes into EU public service careers. It brings together EPSO and other EU institutions and agencies to share how recruitment works in practice across the EU system.

This is not exam preparation.
It is about understanding pathways, eligibility, and how to approach EU careers with clarity.

Context for this event

As interest grows around the forthcoming AD5 competition, this Diversity Fair marks the opening event of the EU Careers Fair 2026 programme. It brings together EPSO and other EU institutions and agencies to open a wider discussion on access, diversity, and entry routes into EU public service careers.
